Our Head Chef Paul Mingo is passionate about using the best of British ingredients from land and sea, sourced as locally as possible. A proud Exmouthian, born and raised, with a deep-rooted connection to the sea, his passion and natural flair for fish cookery is of no surprise, which has also been influenced by his travels across Asia and Australia.

Our dining room and terrace boasts some of the best sea views in Exmouth, looking out over the River Exe and beyond. The perfect space to enjoy a family Sunday lunch or if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion.

What better place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon than in our cosy pub by the sea. With roasted joints for you to dive into, with piles of crispy roast potatoes, bright and seasonal vegetables, and boatloads of chef’s secret recipe gravy. Bring on the weekend!
